Members have access to discounts on most FDA-approved prescription drugs. This four-tiered plan is designed to save the member money on all their prescription drug costs at over 53,000 pharmacies throughout the United States*.

This program has four tiers: Tiers 1, 2 and 3 include all brand and generic drugs that have a maximum allowable cost of up to $40. Tier 4 consists of all brand and generic drugs above $40.

Tier 1 - $10 or less                    Tier 2 - $20 or less

How to Access Discounts

Members present the discount card to the pharmacist at one of the nearly 53,000 participating pharmacies. The pharmacist will enter the member information (as provided on the card) into the system and the discount will be automatically calculated and applied to the transaction.

The Pharmacy Web Tools are available online.

These tools will enable members to:

• Identify and price equivalent alternative drugs that may have deeper discounts.
• Receive mail-order prescription drug pricing.
• Download and print mail-order forms.

USA Medical Air Vac is designed to protect its members against catastrophic financial loss when emergencies arise by providing you with medical transportation throughout the United States.

• Emergency Air Transportation / Medical Evacuation
• Should a member suffer a serious illness or injury resulting in hospitalization and if the member is in need of specialized treatment not available locally, then USA Medical Air assist shall fly them to the nearest appropriate medical facility capable of providing such specialized treatment.
• Helicopter Transportation
• Should a member suffer a serious illness or injury that requires transport by helicopter, USA Medical air will provide the helicopter for our member and transport them to the nearest appropriate medical facility capable of providing the required medical treatment.
• Ground Ambulance Transportation
• USA Medical Air will arrange and provide ground ambulance for a member to and from the medical facility or to and from the air ambulance. Basic membership includes ground ambulance transports to and from the air ambulance in conjunction with use of emergency air transportation.
• Organ Retrieval
• USA Medical Air will provide air transportation of an organ to be used in an organ transplant.
• Organ Recipient Transportation
• USA Medical Air will fly a member to the commercial airport nearest the medical facility where an organ transplant is scheduled to happen.
• Recuperation/Repatriation
• If a member is hospitalized while away from home, USA Medical Air will fly them home to recuperate in familiar surroundings.
• Escort Transportation
• If a member requires emergency air transport, USA Medical Air will fly the members spouse, family member or friend to accompany them in the air ambulance.
• Non-Injury Transportation
• If a member is hospitalized while away from his/her home for more than 7 days, the member may select a family member to visit them during confinement. USA Medical Air will provide round trip, common carrier air transportation for the person selected.
• Minor Children/Grandchildren Return
• When minor children or grandchildren are left unattended as a result of a member using USA Medical Air air ambulance service, USA Medical Air will provide one-way common carrier air transport for return of the children to the commercial airport nearest the place of residence of the children. A qualified attendant shall accompany the children.
• Vehicle Return
• USA Medical Air will return vehicles such as cars, vans, RVs or trucks owned or rented by the member when illness, injury or death requires use of the air ambulance services provided by USA Medical Air. The vehicle will be carried to the member’s place of residence or rental vehicles will be returned to the nearest rental company office or agent.
• Mortal Remains Transport
• In the event a member dies while away from his/her place of residence, USA Medical Air will return his/her remains to the commercial airport nearest his/her remains back home.

1. Cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants or cost of gasoline, cost of installation of products, material, and additional labor relating to towing. Any service covered under valid manufacturer's warranty. 2) Non-emergency mounting or removing of any tires, snow tires, or chains. Tire Repair. Any and all taxes, or fines. Damage or disablement due to collision, fire, or vandalism. 3) Towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage or repair shop. Service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed. Services for vehicles weighing over 1-ton. Services for commercial vehicles and fleet vehicles. Non-emergency towing or other non-emergency service. Impound towing or towing by other than an authorized service provider, except as noted below; vehicle storage charges; a second tow. Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction. Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law. 4.)Coverage shall not be provided in the event of emergencies resulting from the use of intoxicants or narcotics, or the use of the Covered Vehicle(s) in the commission of a felony. 5) Repeated service calls for a covered Vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair. Only one disablement for the same cause during any seven-day period will be accepted. Reimbursement for accident towing and services secured through any other source.
